Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Administrator in UAE.
Job Details:
• Keeping track of all visitors visiting our office & guiding them to the concerned person.
• Front office coordination & maintenance of the reception area.
• Assisting in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference calls.
• Telecalling leads/prospects to promote products/services or seek a visit as and when required.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate holder.
• Well versed in MS Office.
• Only Female candidates need to apply.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
