Job Description :
Requires an experienced Executive Secretary in UAE.
Job Details:
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
• Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues etc. to aid executives.
• Make travel arrangements for executives.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate holder.
• Well versed with MS Excel.
• Minimum one year experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
• Good typing spee
