Job Description :
We are looking for experienced Office Manager in Qatar.
Job Details:
• Organizes executive meetings, arranges travel for employees, and collaborates with personnel in France.
• Prepares documents and reports from general instructions and uses word processing and spreadsheet systems.
• Receives and screen telephone calls and office visitors; obtains and renders information where possible.
• Handles confidential correspondence and documents; assembles data from various sources and compiles reports.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• With more than 4 years of experience in the field.
• Good Computer Skills.
