We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full sales and leasing cycle—from lead generation and client advisory to property viewings, negotiations, and successful closings.
Key Responsibilities: -
- Strong communication skills, including confidence in making cold calls to generate leads.
- Advise clients on property values, market conditions, financing options, legal requirements, and transaction procedures -
- Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective buyers and tenants -
- Negotiate sales and lease agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationship management -
- Stay informed on regional real estate trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics -
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions using the company’s CRM system -
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant within the Abu Dhabi market ( preferred) -
- Possession of a valid Broker Card is an advantage -
- Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate effectively, and engage clients with professionalism and clarity.
