Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic, driven, and results-focused Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the full sales and leasing cycle—from lead generation and client advisory to property viewings, negotiations, and successful closings.
Key Responsibilities: -
Proactively generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and market research
Advise clients on property values, market conditions, financing options, legal requirements, and transaction procedures -
Conduct property viewings and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective buyers and tenants -
Negotiate sales and lease agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term relationship management -
Stay informed on regional real estate trends, regulatory updates, and market dynamics -
Maintain accurate records of client communications and transactions using the company’s CRM system -
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 1 year proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant within the Abu Dhabi market (strongly preferred) -
Possession of a valid Broker Card is an advantage -
In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property landscape, including market trends and regulatory frameworks -
Outstanding sales acumen, negotiation capabilities, and interpersonal communication skills
