Roles & Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow social media accounts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat

  • Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, stories, and promotional content

  • Run paid advertising campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and sales

  • Generate quality leads through social media marketing and online campaigns

  • Respond to customer inquiries and maintain audience engagement

  • Monitor social media trends and competitor activities

  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and marketing insights

  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers
