We are on the lookout of an Expert HR Coordinator as follows:
Job Location: Beirut Down Town
Working Days: Monday-Friday
The Expert HR Coordinator will be in charge of overseeing HR systems through all its functions (employee relations, ensuring compliance with regulations, assessing staffing needs, Appraisals & training programs, Administration & personnel, NSSF)
-Supervising the entire HR department functions (Personnel, Payroll Administration, NSSF, Employee Relations, HR policies, Appraisals & Training...)
- Overseeing systems implementation
- Evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
- Reviewing job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Close coordination with NSSF representatives
- Supervising Personnel, Payroll, and Administration
- Minimum 12 years of experience in HR practice
- Bachelors' degree in Law and/or experience in Lebanese Labor Law is a must
- High Organization skills
- Leadership and decision taker
- Strong communication skills and command of English
