Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Data Management & Processing:
a) Collect, clean, validate, and structure large and diverse datasets across Education, Healthcare, and Hospitality domains.
b) Integrate multiple data sources into a unified format suitable for analysis and decision-making.
- Data Visualisation & Insights:
a) Build interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI
b) Present complex data in a simple, compelling, and meaningful way for senior management.
c) Translate leadership vision into data-backed insights for operational and strategic execution.
- Collaboration & Strategy Support:
a) Work with consultants and client teams to understand KPIs and business objectives.
b) Provide data-driven recommendations and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
c) Stay agile and adaptive, responding quickly to new data requirements or project pivots.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, data modelling, and visualization.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
- Proven experience in working with large datasets across multiple domains, preferably in Education, Healthcare, or Hospitality.
- Ability to simplify complex data into impactful visual stories and strategic dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with consultants, clients, and leadership teams.
