Job Description

The Export Customer Care Representative serves as a vital link between the company and its global clientele, ensuring that export operations run smoothly and that customer inquiries are addressed with efficiency and precision. Handling everything from order processing to logistical coordination, this role requires not only a deep understanding of international trade but also excellent communication skills to navigate cultural differences and language barriers. Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming export-related customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
  • Process international orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of export documentation and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address customer concerns and enhance satisfaction.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate any delays to customers.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints related to export issues efficiently.
  • Communicate with international customers to clarify order details and requirements.
  • Ensure all export compliance protocols are followed for each transaction.
  • Assist in streamlining export processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-departmental projects to enhance export services offered.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in International Business, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least two years of experience in an export or customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of international trade regulations and export documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for dealing with global clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are critical for success.
