As Curriculum Coordinator, you will:

• Lead the development and implementation of the EYFS curriculum
• Support and mentor Early Years Teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Ensure a caring, inclusive and stimulating environment for all children
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team to uphold the highest standards of early childhood education

The ideal candidate

• BA Degree in Early Childhood Education
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Proven ability to lead curriculum development
• Passion for early years
• Strong communicator with the ability to mentor teachers
• Innovative and organised
