Daily Operations • Assist the Server to deliver trays and dishes. • Clear and reset tables. • Clean and tidy the dining equipment. • Replenish supplies such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments. • Maintain inventory levels and collect stock when required. • Store food, beverages and equipment carefully. • Assist in setting up buffet lines, beverage stations, and casual dining outlets. • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, service stations, and floors throughout shifts. • Assist and perform duties assigned by the Supervisor. • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly. Guest Services • Deliver high quality products and services to every team members. • Greet team members in a warm, welcoming and courteous manner. • Respond courteously to employee requests and assist in resolving minor concerns. • Establish a rapport with team members and build good relationships. • Inform management about team members’ comments. Company and Department Responsibilities • Interact with Department and Company employees, management, and contractors professionally and positively. • Adhere to the Company policies and procedures and comply with the Code of Conduct. • Remain well-mannered and well-groomed as per Department and Company standards at all times. • Follow health and safety standards and strive for constant improvement to avoid health and injury hazards. • Participate in the Company recycling program and follow a strict discipline to reduce, re-use and recycle wherever possible
