strong administrative skills / ability to use email and office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
sets sales targets for the hotel/unit F&B Department and plan towards achieving the goal.
promptly follow up on outstanding quotes, requests for proposals, sales enquiries, pending billing and closing PM s
understand, create, and execute BEO s.
familiar with Micros / FMC / Opera and other hotel operating systems
build co-operative and professional relationships with unit management and clients.
