As a F&B Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading and managing the day-to-day operations of our dining outlets, ensuring that the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness are consistently delivered to our guests. You will oversee staff, ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures, and assist with the development and training of team members to ensure they perform at their best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and banquets.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent service, anticipating guest needs, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Lead, train, and develop a team of F&B staff, ensuring they adhere to service standards and operational guidelines.
- Oversee the set-up, service, and breakdown of F&B events, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
- Assist in monitoring F&B budgets, ensuring cost controls and maximizing profitability.
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with all local regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment by motivating and engaging the team.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Support the F&B Manager with administrative duties, including reporting and scheduling.
What we need from you:
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including health and safety regulations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
