Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate components accurately, ensuring all specifications are met.
  • Select appropriate materials based on project requirements, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality to optimize the end product.
  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, ensuring proper techniques to maintain safety and precision during fabrication.
  • Perform welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, while adhering to industry standards for safety and quality.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fabrication or welding is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
  • Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS) or fabrication processes to demonstrate competence and expertise.
  • Experience with CNC machines and programming for precision fabrication tasks is highly advantageous.
