Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate components accurately, ensuring all specifications are met.
- Select appropriate materials based on project requirements, balancing cost-effectiveness with quality to optimize the end product.
- Utilize a variety of hand and power tools, ensuring proper techniques to maintain safety and precision during fabrication.
- Perform welding tasks, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, while adhering to industry standards for safety and quality.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in fabrication or welding is a plus.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience in fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
- Certifications in welding (e.g., AWS) or fabrication processes to demonstrate competence and expertise.
- Experience with CNC machines and programming for precision fabrication tasks is highly advantageous.
