Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed shop drawings and production drawings based on architectural requirements.
  • Develop façade system designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Create installation drawings and technical documentation for execution teams.
  • Conduct Material Take-Off (MTO) and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for accurate cost estimation.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure design feasibility and compliance.
  • Perform structural analysis and support design calculations using relevant software.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards, safety codes, and project specifications.
  • Participate in project coordination, including site visits and client meetings when required.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in façade design, drafting, and detailing.
  • Technical Expertise:: Capable of working with architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure design compliance.
    Experience in managing timelines and resolving design-related issues.
