Job Title: Aluminum Facade Draftsman/Designer Location: Sharjah,UAE Employment Type: Full-time Job Overview: We are hiring a Façade Draftsman/Designer experienced in aluminum and metal works to join our technical team. The draftsman will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation layouts in coordination with engineers and project managers. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed shop drawings and fabrication drawings for aluminum and façade systems. • Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create accurate technical layouts. • Coordinate with design engineers, estimators, and production teams to ensure drawing accuracy. • Incorporate technical requirements, standards, and material details into drawings. • Maintain revision control and update drawings based on site or consultant feedback. • Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards. • Support site teams with technical details during installation.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Drafting/Engineering • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in aluminum façade and metal works drafting. • Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or SolidWorks is a plus. • Strong understanding of curtain wall, ACP cladding, glass, and structural glazing systems. • Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and time management skills.
