Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards. Address any construction-related issues promptly.
  • Documentation Review: Critically review documentation and design proposals from contractors to ensure they meet project requirements and standards. Provide constructive feedback and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients, design architects, engineers, site teams, and specialist contractors to ensure the highest quality of the final product.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in facade construction site within a consultancy environment.
  • Site Experience: Hands-on experience in site supervision and construction management, particularly in high-rise projects, with a thorough understanding of the construction process and methodologies.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with clients, design architects, engineers, site teams, and specialist contractors to achieve project goals and produce high-quality outcomes.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, fostering positive working relationships.
