Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead facade design and engineering, ensuring alignment with architectural intent and structural integrity.
  • Conduct detailed facade performance analysis, including thermal, moisture, and wind load assessments.
  • Oversee the selection and specification of facade materials, considering performance, cost, and sustainability.
  • Review and approve facade shop drawings and submittals, ensuring compliance with project specifications.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

  • Holds relevant professional certifications demonstrating expertise and credibility.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive experience in facade engineering, preferably within the construction industry.

  • Demonstrates experience in high-rise building projects, showcasing an understanding of complex facade systems.
