Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the implementation of facility layouts to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facility systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
  • Manage and coordinate preventive maintenance programs to minimize facility downtime and extend the life of equipment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets for facility operations, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high service levels.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field is essential for a strong foundational knowledge.

  • Professional certifications such as LEED, PMP, or CFM are highly desirable, showcasing expertise in facility and project management.

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in facilities engineering or management, demonstrating a track record of successful projects.

  • Experience in industrial or commercial settings, with a focus on managing large-scale facilities operations.

  • UAE Driving Licence is a must
