Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement facility layouts to optimize operational efficiency, ensuring that workflows are streamlined and resources are utilized effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring that all systems are integrated smoothly into existing operations.
  • Manage facility-related projects, from conception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/electrical Engineering, or a related field is essential, with a strong foundation in technical principles.

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities engineering or management, showcasing a track record of successful project execution.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or Facilities Management Professional (FMP) are highly regarded.

  • Experience in managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects within fast-paced environments, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
