Facilities Engineer Duserve Facilities Management

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
The incumbent ensures that that the site is maintained and managed to the satisfaction of the customer, by efficiently and effectively managing the entire team to achieve the desired goal within the defined policies and procedures to comply with all internal KPI s and external legislation.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for the overall maintenance and operation of the site
• Responsible for the training, development, and monitoring of the team to meet expected skill levels
• Responsible for the completion of all staff related documentation to meet company schedules.
• Prepare a full maintenance schedules for all assets, equipment, and areas under your control
• Responsible for managing all material, equipment and consumables on site and replenishment of stock levels
• Responsible for coordination of Specialist Service Providers AMC contracts.
• Responsible for managing all H&S documentation and systems including SOPS, Risk Assessments, Permit control.
• Responsibility to ensure correct use of equipment and chemicals as per the instructions of the supplier and they are stored correctly
• Ensuring that all tasks assigned to the team, are completed efficiently and to the highest professional standards possible within the company safety requirement.
• Allocate overtime to staff when necessary to ensure delivery of contract. With approval from immediate manager
• Prepare reports, to satisfy the clients and contract needs
• Daily co-ordination with the client to ensure successful delivery of service to meet contractual KPI /SLA s while maintaining budgeted costs
• Create and embed our WECARE culture and one Team working together philosophy.
• Responsible for the neat appearance of self and your team during working hours and to ensure personal hygiene is prioritized for all of your team
• Ensure that all the technical reports, files and records, are compiled accurately, and submitted on time to the client as required.
• Conduct monthly audits for all assets under your control
• Ensuring that all technical equipment manuals, subcontractor s scope and safety manuals are read and understood.
• Ensure there is a consistent drive for innovative approach in product delivery and services to both internal and external customers.
QUALIFICIATON
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering.
• Must have valid UAE driver s license.
• Fluent in spoken and written English Language. Arabic will be an added advantage
CERTIFICATION
• Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum five (5) Years of progressively responsible general facilities management experiences to include at least three (3) years of hands-on operations and maintenance supervisory functions in the field of House Keeping / MEP in a large FM organization ideally within a large estate infrastructure.
