SHARE JOB Responsibilities: Responsible for planning and supporting the FM Manager on day-to-day operational activities. The FM coordinator will be the focal point of contact for the FM Manager and building FM vendors and will liaise and resolve all building FM operational issues that may arise. To achieve success, it is critical that the Facilities Coordinator: • Act diligently and promptly on all the client’s staff FM queries and ensure necessary actions are taken. • Work closely with external vendors to ensure job is delivered correctly and promptly. • Liaise with the building landlord for day to day operational issues and resolve them on timely manner. • Assist the facilities manager in all aspects of relocation project implementation as and when needed especially with EJARI processes, DEWA etc. • Manage with external housekeeping vendors to deliver the services as agreed mutually. • Coordinate with the client’s internal staff for their office and desk management moves and other requirements. • Discuss the operational issues and challenges with the line manager for resolution. • Create good interpersonal relationship with the staff to understand their needs and resolve them. • Conduct periodic Minutes of meeting with the line manager. • Troubleshooting of all MEP related equipment’s. • Maintain and update the lease registers and extend support for the client’s other Dubai based offices for FM activities. • Liaise with the building security personal for efficient car park management. • Keep track of issuance of new parking fobs, locker keys, access cards to the client’s employees. • Understand the new building FM regulations and familiarise with tenant manual. • Support the FM Manager during the move from current offices to new office.Updated Payment schedule. Company Industry Facilities Management Department/Functional Area Administration Desired Candidate Profile • Educational Level - Any degree relevant to the position. • Experience – 4+ year experience in customer service or building management. • Basic knowledge in Facility Management operations. Experience with move projects would be an advantage. • Skills – Interpersonal and Communication Skills, Time Management, Project Management, Financial Management. • Good use of Microsoft Office especially Excel is an essential to this role. • A team player and a critical thinker.
