Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This position will be primarily responsible for Manging Facilities operation for Corporate Facilities, along with Associate Manager and third-party service providers. This job holder will support the Facilities Management in leading a team of support staff delivering FM services to customers across corporate offices, in addition to provide support in delivering and implementing policy, best practice, and legislative requirements across corporate offices. The Facilities Manager will be managing the provision of successful and proactive Facilities Management services within corporate Offices. To act as the first point of contact for third party service provider and manage the floor during operating hours and events. Role Details –
• Develop and implement Facilities Management strategies to ensure optimal performance and efficiency of all corporate locations within the UAE.
• Design, plan and execute the planned transfer in of additional OpCo Facilities capabilities, ensuring the construction of a seamless and integrated model that is consistent world-wide.
• Ultimate responsibility for the maintenance, inspection, and safety of all facilities across all corporate locations, ensuring compliance with local, federal, and regional / international regulations.
• Develop, own and implement policies and procedures across the organization for all Facilities related operations and areas.
• Manage strategic relationships with vendors, contractors, and external partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
• Provide leadership to ensure all facility-related needs and concerns are resolved in a timely, professional and focused manner.
• Develop and manage the annual facilities budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness, prioritisation and efficiency in allocation of resources.
• Own and deliver effective, targeted and action-oriented change across the function and organization.
• Develop comprehensive project plans for office moves and fit outs, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on FM project status, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Oversee layout design and reconfiguration of work spaces.
• Act as a liaison between management, employees, and external partners regarding facilities
issues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or
Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. relevant/transferable field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on corporate/retail
environments an advantage
• Clear industry expertise and strong evidence of international best-practice.
• Proven experience in managing large FM teams and working with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English. Arabic a strong advantage
