Job Title

Facility Supervisor

Purpose & Scope

The Facilities Maintenance supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of facilities and equipment. This role ensures that the physical environment is safe, functional, and in compliance with all regulations and standards. The engineer will work closely with various teams to identify and resolve facility-related issues promptly.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
  • Coordinate and supervise repair projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory of supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and protocols.
  • Collaborate with contractors and service providers for specialized repairs.

Minimum Requirement

(Education & Experience)

  • Engineering Degree
  • Required 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related field

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
