Primary Role: Oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality control. Key Responsibilities: Supervise factory helpers and coordinate daily production tasks. Monitor workflow, output quality, and adherence to production timelines. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations. Train new staff and conduct refresher sessions on SOPs. Maintain records of production volumes, staff attendance, and incidents. Coordinate with management on inventory needs and operational challenges. Resolve conflicts and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
