Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Factory Manager to oversee the overall management of our factory unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operations management, cost optimization, production efficiency, setup management, and staff supervision. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day factory operations Optimize production processes and control costs Oversee factory setup and operational improvements Lead and manage workforce, including manpower planning Prepare reports and analyze production data Ensure smooth coordination between departments
