Factory Manager SIOM MARBLE & GRANITE FACTORY LLC

Marble Factory Manager will oversee all factory operations related to marble and granite processing, including cutting, polishing, finishing, quality control, and dispatch. The role involves ensuring production efficiency, maintaining product quality standards, managing manpower, and optimizing machinery utilization to meet business targets.

1. Production Management:

• Plan, organize, and control all production operations in the factory.
• Ensure smooth workflow from raw material input to finished product dispatch.
• Supervise slab cutting, polishing, edge profiling, and finishing processes.
• Monitor daily production and ensure achievement of production targets.

2. Quality Control:

• Implement quality checks at each stage of production.
• Ensure finished products meet company and customer specifications.
• Address quality issues and take corrective action promptly.

3. Machinery & Maintenance:

• Oversee the maintenance of machines such as gangsaws, bridge cutters, polishers, and CNC machines.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.

4. Manpower Management:

• Supervise and train factory staff and operators.
• Prepare shift schedules and assign duties.
• Maintain discipline, safety, and hygiene in the workplace.

5. Material Management:

• Coordinate with the purchase and store departments for raw materials, consumables, and tools.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels.
• Minimize material wastage and control costs.

6. Reporting & Coordination:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
• Coordinate with sales and project teams for delivery schedules.
• Participate in management meetings for planning and review.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in marble and granite factory operations.
• Strong knowledge of marble and granite processing techniques and machines.
• Experience in handling factory staff and workflow optimization.
