Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Must be very detailed, organized and thorough in thinking and analysis.
  • Must have worked preferably in backward integrated production planning process.
  • Must have worked on more than 500 SKUs which includes in-house and bought out items as well
  • Should have worked in a role, with a high level of product changeovers.
  • Should have experience with implementing cost reduction, inventory control, on time delivery projects in their organization.
  • Must have excellent planning skills and in-depth knowledge of all Raw and Pack materials with knowledge of production lines
  • Be a fast learner, very open minded and very innovative and creative thinker.
  • Must be very proactive, self-motivated and Hands on manager.
  • Must be able to manage, motivate, train and build a good planning team.
  • Loyal, committed and hardworking and totally driven to succeed and achieving excellence and success.
  • Good communication skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Must have a graduate / PG degree inEngineering
  • Additional certifications courses in demand planning, factory planning, MRP or inventory management will be added advantage.
  • Between 8 to 12 years
  • Companies from Perfumes /Personal Care/Colour Cosmetics/FMCG(Non Food)/Pharma industry having backward/vertical integrated operations
