Roles & Responsibilities



  • Operate and maintain machinery, ensuring efficient production and minimal downtime, following safety protocols meticulously.
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products, identifying and rectifying defects to meet stringent quality standards.
  • Assemble components with precision, following blueprints and instructions to create high-quality products, contributing to the overall output.
  • Load and unload materials, managing inventory and ensuring a smooth workflow throughout the production process, optimizing material handling.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment, minimizing disruptions and maximizing operational efficiency, proactively.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines, promoting a safe working environment and preventing accidents, prioritizing workplace safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to workplace cleanliness and supporting overall operational efficiency, diligently.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, fostering a cooperative environment and supporting team success, effectively.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards promptly, ensuring immediate attention to potential issues and contributing to a safe workplace.
  • Follow production schedules and deadlines, contributing to on-time delivery and meeting customer expectations, reliably.


Desired Candidate Profile


  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation of basic knowledge and skills.
  • Basic understanding of factory operations and manufacturing processes, showcasing some familiarity with the industry.
  • Previous experience in a factory environment, providing some hands-on experience and familiarity with factory work.
