Applicants must have an earned doctorate in the applicable field. The ability to teach undergraduate courses is a must. Industrial and professional experience is a plus.
Strong knowledge with design and test of analog, digital, mixed-signal and RF integrated circuits at the system, circuit and layout levels. Extensive experience with Cadence EDA (Composer / Virtuoso) or other similar schematic capture and layout tool sets. RF/Analog simulation experience with SpectreRF, ADC, or other RF simulation tools. Knowledge and experience with non-linear design techniques and analysis with PSS and/or Harmonic Balance simulators. Experience with design and simulation with RF CMOS or RF SOI processes required. Knowledge of RF design with GaN, GaAs or other III-V processes a plus.
Expected Skills/Rank/Experience the position is considered for all ranks, priority for assistant professor rank with strong related background.
