Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate and timely installation of false ceiling systems, ensuring adherence to architectural drawings and specifications.
Conduct thorough site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Manage and coordinate with on-site teams, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Prepare detailed material requisitions and manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure project timelines are met.
Desired Candidate Profile
Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. (if not, Its fine)
Demonstrates a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in false ceiling engineering within the construction industry.
Exhibits a strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
