Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and achieve targets by implementing strategic visual merchandising and promotional activities that captivate customers and boost revenue.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively, ensuring optimal stock availability to meet customer demand while minimizing loss and waste.
  • Oversee all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and loss prevention, maintaining a secure and efficient environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising or a related field is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the fashion industry.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets through effective leadership and strategic planning.
  • Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and the ability to create compelling store displays.
