Job Title: Feasibility Analyst / Investment Advisory
Location: Dubai, U.A.E.
Employment Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Compensation: Negotiable based on profile and project scope


Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Feasibility Analyst / Investment Advisor. The role involves preparing feasibility studies and investment assessments, primarily in the real estate sector, while also supporting projects across commercial, industrial, education, healthcare, hospitality, service-oriented, and infrastructure-related sectors. The ideal candidate will evaluate project viability through market research, financial modelling, regulatory assessment, and investment analysis.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct detailed market studies across multiple sectors.
  • Analyze supply–demand gaps, competitive positioning, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
  • Identify key investment drivers, risks, and sensitivities.

Financial & Investment Analysis

  • Build comprehensive feasibility models (NPV, IRR, ROI, Payback period).
  • Perform cash flow forecasting and scenario planning.
  • Develop phased investment and implementation plans.

Cross-Sector Exposure

  • Real estate (residential, commercial, mixed-use developments)
  • Hospitality (hotels, serviced apartments)
  • Healthcare (clinics, hospitals)
  • Education (schools, institutes)
  • Industrial projects
  • Retail or service-oriented businesses

Reporting & Presentation

  • Prepare detailed feasibility reports, investment recommendations, and management presentations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Real estate or sector-specific advisory experience.
  • Exposure to working with investors, developers, or consulting firms.
  • Strong analytical, benchmarking, and research skills.

Compensation & Engagement:

  • Competitive and negotiable, depending on candidate experience and project scope.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate Profile:

  • Professional degree in Engineering, Finance, or Business.
  • Up to 5 years of experience in feasibility, advisory, valuation, or finance.
  • Strong skills in Excel and financial modelling.
  • Excellent presentation and report writing capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the Dubai market is preferred.
