Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced Admin Assistant in UAE.
Job Details:
• Deal with visitors and queries with courtesy, tact and efficiency.
• Manage the CEOs calendar and ensuring it is constantly updated
• Arrange & organise meetings, teleconference, videoconference & appointments.
• Handles confidential material and information with high discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure travel arrangements and its related requirements like tickets, passport/visa, transportation and hotel arrangements.
• To ensure the effective management and update of all relevant databases.
• Manage the CEOs calendar and ensuring it is constantly updated.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate holder.
• Only Female candidates need to apply.
• Five years experience in the same field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
