Job Responsibilities:
- Phone answering .
- Filing.
- Secretary works.
- With a good knowledge in computer (excel- word- power point- emails- internet )
- Good in calculation.
- Deal with local suppliers and follow up.
- Deals with clearers and and shipping agencies and follow up.
- Book for shipments- and prepare Documents and follow up on shipment and clearing.
- Very organized and capable of handling full projects and to take responsibilities
