Responsible for implementing and delivering service standards that conform to SOPs.
Post opening daily responsibilities of running the venue.
Catering School Diploma, or equivalent
At least 1 year experience working as Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high profile restaurant/club.
Experienced in pre and post opening of a restaurant.
