• Develop new business opportunities on both B2B and B2C level. Build trust-worthy relationship with clients. Close deals and agreements with prospects to achieve the monthly target.
• Identify new business opportunities by gathering information about the market situations and analyzing market trends.
• Partner with the property manager to determine the marketing strategies.
• Plan and prepare business strategy to increase company revenue within a set schedule.
• Close deals and sign agreement with prospects after preparing all required documents in accordance with law article of State of Qatar.
• Analyse new / existing customer behaviour for technical improvement, product development and increase of sales.
• Prepare sales forecasts, sales budget proposals and commercial proposals for customers.
• Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
• Approach clients with business proposals and offers that fulfill their needs.
• Manage B2B and B2C process to lease apartments and office spaces to prospects.
• Build a large network of clients and landlords by developing innovative strategy to attract clients.
• Maintain on-going and direct contact with clients by making regular phone calls and scheduling meetings.
• Represent the company at joined trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
• Analyze current and past financial data, such as sales reports, and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue.
• Prepare monthly reports and quarterly reports on leasing and sales performance.
• Develop business presentations to introduce the company to prospects and partners.

Desired Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
• Profound experience with the Real Estate market in Qatar.
• Previous marketing experience is an asset.
• Strategic thinker and able to set long term strategy to achieve higher revenue.
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English.
• Customer Oriented person with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Priority is given to Female candidates with valid QID.
• Valid Qatari Driving License and car is essential for the job.
