Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Accurately process customer orders and payments for catering services, ensuring all charges are correctly applied.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cash drawer, reconciling daily transactions with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting guests and efficiently handling inquiries about menu items and pricing.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems with speed and precision, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating foundational academic skills.
  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role within the catering or hospitality industry is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in using modern POS systems and basic computer applications for reporting.
  • Strong mathematical aptitude for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
