Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer support through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Confirm and follow up on customer orders to ensure smooth processing. Create, edit, and post engaging social media content regularly. Maintain and update data using MS Excel and CRM systems. Coordinate with the operations team for order updates and delivery tracking. Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints.

Desired Candidate Profile

Female candidate with own visa (mandatory). Based in Ajman or willing to work from Ajman. Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support & social media content creation. Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus). Strong MS Excel skills — must be proficient in reports and data handling. Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a professional personality.
