Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing, to achieve specific marketing goals and KPIs.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and market trend analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategy, ensuring maximum visibility and reach.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others, meticulously tracking performance and making data-backed adjustments for optimal ROI.
- Create engaging and high-converting content for diverse digital platforms, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, aligning with brand voice and target audience.
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics, providing insightful reports and actionable recommendations.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and monitoring of brand reputation, driving audience growth and interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and engineering to ensure alignment of marketing efforts and support overall business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, proactively researching and implementing innovative strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency while maximizing campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns, website elements, and content for enhanced user experience and conversion rates.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a strong foundation for understanding marketing principles.
- Holds relevant certifications, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, or HubSpot certifications, demonstrating a commitment to industry standards.
- Demonstrates 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, showcasing practical expertise and campaign management skills.
- Experienced in the e-commerce industry, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills for creating compelling content and interacting with stakeholders.
- Proficient in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation, exhibiting a diverse skillset.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Exhibits exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
