• Training & Supervising the Support Staff & Customer Relations
• nbspPlanning/Organizing/Scheduling Meetings, Conferences, Teleconferences & various events.
• nbspHandling calls(Incoming/Outgoing) and Visitors/Guests in absence of senior management.
• nbspCreating Spreadsheets & Presentations.
• nbspMaintaining and providing a support service to the daily schedules.
• nbspHandling Minutes of the Meetings.
Job Requirements:
• Graduate holder.
• Minimum five years experience in the same field.
• nbspGood interpersonal skills.
