Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering strictly to prescribed dosages and protocols to ensure patient safety and efficacy.
  • Assess patients' conditions through observation, interviews, and physical examinations, accurately documenting findings to inform care plans and interventions.
  • Provide compassionate emotional support and education to patients and their families, fostering a trusting environment and promoting understanding of medical conditions and treatments.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive patient care plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Holds a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, demonstrating legal authorization to practice.
  • Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and ideally Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), showcasing readiness for critical situations.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting, indicating practical competency.
