Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

increase a company's sales and brand awareness by engaging with potential customers, demonstrating products, providing information, and creating positive brand experiences through direct interaction, promotional displays, and samples. Key responsibilities achieving sales targets, building customer relationships, maintaining product displays, gathering customer feedback, and collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective promotional strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field; a valid pharmacist license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales promotion, preferably with a focus on female health products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, including competitor landscape, regulations, and market access.
  • Demonstrates excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage and influence healthcare professionals.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools for data analysis, reporting, and customer relationship management.
  • Possesses a valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
