Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical conditions, mobility limitations, and rehabilitation needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities to enhance recovery and improve function.
- Educate patients and their families on injury prevention techniques and self-management strategies to empower them in their own recovery process.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution, ensuring a strong foundational knowledge.
- Valid physiotherapy license or certification to practice in the relevant jurisdiction, demonstrating compliance with legal requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, showcasing practical application of physiotherapy techniques and patient management.
- Specialization in areas such as orthopedics, neurology, or sports physiotherapy preferred, indicating advanced expertise in specific patient populations.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and evaluation of movement and function. • Formulate accurate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized, patient-centered treatment plans with clear, measurable goals. • Execute a wide range of physiotherapeutic interventions, including but not limited to: o Manual therapy techniques (joint mobilizations, manipulations, soft tissue release). o Therapeutic exercise programs (strength, flexibility, balance, and proprioception training). o Neurological rehabilitation. o Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation. o Pain management techniques. o Patient education on posture, ergonomics, and self-management strategies. • Integrate natural rehabilitation approaches such as hydrotherapy, clinical Pilates, and other functional training as appropriate. • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
