Roles & Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments with precision, adhering strictly to physician orders and established protocols to ensure patient safety and efficacy.
  • Assess patients' conditions, meticulously documenting vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories to inform accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and promote holistic well-being.
  • Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and preventative care, empowering them to actively participate in their health.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, demonstrating legal authorization to practice nursing.
  • Holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, reflecting a strong foundation in nursing theory and practice.
  • Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications, ensuring the ability to manage critical situations.
  • Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical setting, showcasing practical knowledge and adaptability.
