Generating Student Enquiries for our Programs and answering Student Enquiries Online (Social Media and Emails) as well as through Telephone and in Person.
The candidate must project a positive and professional image and to promote our programs in order to attract and retain new students.
The candidate has the responsibility to design, implement, manage and develop a customized recruitment and outreach program taking into consideration the specificities of our institution and our market.
To be successful, the candidate has to spend more time in the field, potential and effective communications with other schools, conferences, Seminars, Workshops, fairs and exhibitions.
The candidate has to develop a comprehensive database and implement marketing decision-making tools and to continuously improve our recruitment effectiveness.
Must have an Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English.
Must be able to Generate Databases.
2+ Years professional experience in Education marketing, Counseling, Admissions and students recruitment experience is must.
Researching Potential Business Opportunities which attract new pupils and generates revenue. Set up meetings between Client decision makers and Company’s practice Leaders/Principals.
To manage front desk and answering queries from all channels directly or over the phone.
Coordinating with Academic Staff and Parents/Students for smooth implementation of the courses and admissions assessment test.
To coordinate related marketing materials (e.g prospectus, flyers, roll ups) promoting ongoing courses.
Provide timely and appropriate response to Parents and Intermediaries. Communicate brief test results to parents as when requested.
To follow up student fee collections.
Prepare and facilitate tutoring workshops, collaborative projects, or academic support sessions for small groups of students.
