Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage FF&E packages from concept through construction stages

  • Prepare FF&E schedules, specifications, cut sheets, and presentation materials

  • Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Produce furniture layouts, material boards, and detailed FF&E documentation

  • Ensure designs align with project requirements, budgets, and timelines

Desired Candidate Profile

✔ Minimum 5 years of dedicated FF&E design experience ✔ Strong experience in Workplace (Office) and Healthcare projects ✔ Background working with design consultancy firms in the Middle East ✔ Expertise in FF&E specifications, schedules, layouts, material selections, and supplier coordination ✔ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office ✔ Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ✔ Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred
