Roles & Responsibilities

Field trainers role through field training :-

  • Sit scheduled F. T. coaching plan & implement this plan to develop company
  • Employees to achieve our company goals.
  • Detect areas of development for each M.Rep. & act on it through coaching & transmit feedback to their managers
  • Detect most essential training course for most important area of development
  • Based on F.T. managers feedback
  • Evaluate med. Reps. Performance to give clear out lines to his mangers to
  • Facilitate suitable action must be taken with this person as. Hiring, Development & Firing.
  • Collect market feedback about.
  • Product message transmutation
  • Applicability of detail aid with Med. Reps
  • Availability of product in the market especially newly launched product
  • Detect Dr. Response to marketing massage
  • Competitor activities in the market & how Med. Reps. deal with this
  • Activities via himself & the co.
  • Evaluate effect of 1st line managers in employee's development
  • Improve moral & motivate Med. Reps.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bach Degree of Pharmacy or Vet.
  • 2 years Experience in Managerial Level.
  • Age Do Not Exceed 35 Years.
  • Excellent command of Arabic & English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position within a pharmaceutical company.
