Position: Field Sales Manager
Key responsibilities:
• Manage multiple territories and product specialists to promote Immuno-Oncology brands
• Coach the team on ongoing basis leveraging their competencies
• Monitor and analyze performance to provide business updates to the leadership team
• Ensure all Sales Force metrics such as calls / day are being met to drive business objectives
• Ensure appropriate use of marketing rolled out messages and tactics within the area
• Conduct regular team meetings to ensure the team is on strategy and that performance is on track
• Ensure there is a strong business, account, and customer level plan in place per territory
• Collaborate with thought leaders in the field of Oncology
• Lead recruiting efforts to fulfill vacancies with the right talent for the team and the company
• Determine training needs and co-ordinate adequate product knowledge training in collaboration with marketing and medical
• Maintain product, competitor and health care environment knowledge
• Analyze the market place and anticipate future changes to create competitive advantage
• Create an environment within the team where compliance is an important factor in all decisions and actions taken by the team
• Foster collaboration of sales team with multiple functions such as medical field team, key accounts team, and marketing
Key Requirements:
• Pharmacist degree
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales role in Saudi Arabia pharmaceutical market
• Minimum 2 years experience responsible for accounts within the Institution and Ministry of Health sector
• Oncology experience is highly preferred
• Proven track record of inspiring and leading teams to meet or exceed expectations and goals.
• Proven successful track record of selecting, developing and retaining talented individuals.
• Prior experience as a District Business Manager in Pharmaceutical Sales, or equivalent experience in leading and managing high performing teams is required
